We are not responsible for inaccurate or missing shipping addresses. Please make sure you provide your correct address.  We cannot guarantee that your address will be updated or fixed before it is shipped to you due to high demand. The Forte Xpo'se cannot refund or replace items that are confirmed delivery to the address the customer entered and provided.
The Forte Xpo’se is a USA company and we are not responsible for import duty tax imposed by your country. The Forte Xpo’se is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout. Estimated Times: ( from when the order is shipped ) This may also fluctuate during the holidays, unfortunately we have no control on courier delays.

Timelines can be impacted by holidays, or other high-volume sales periods.
Our products are shipped directly from our California or overseas warehouses. For shipments from overseas warehouses, transit times may be impacted by customs clearance, which has been impacted by the pandemic. Customs delays are out of our hands and entirely driven by the carriers - please allow a few days for your package to clear customs if necessary.

 

If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
